Topic areas and the day’s agenda are constructed in consultation with the organization based on key areas of interest or unique challenges and opportunities. Workshops are most suitable for groups of 12 to 40, though larger or smaller groups can be accommodated with modifications.

Full-day workshops generally cover four key topics, while half-day workshops cover two key areas of interest and discussion.

Intended specifically for board members and trustees, these interactive presentations share trend data with topic areas tailored specifically to the individual organization’s questions and/or challenges. These workshops tend to contain one topic focus and are directed toward executive leaders and board members.

Webinars may be offered as single sessions or as a series covering multiple topics over a period of time. Suitable for practically any size group from a few participants to hundreds, webinars are particularly effective during this time of pandemic and post-pandemic limitations on travel and large group gatherings.
